I'm Catrina.
I was raised in a multigenerational Samoan household while maintaining connection to my paternal Rarámuri lineage. My life has taken me through neuroscience, social justice, finance, education, mental health, and traditional healing systems. A path that, in many ways, has always been leading me home.
Today I write and explore questions around women's health, culture, healing, and what it means to live in relationship with our bodies, our histories, and one another.
